Motivation and Values

The INSA establishments serve these missions through a common approach
to motivation and values. INSA graduates are experts in their fields; they rely
on a solid scientific and technological background. These graduates will be
called upon to lead teams and to assume executive positions. They must
therefore also possess competences in human and social sciences.

It is important for them to be able to grasp the economic, social and human
stakes as they will be active participants in the life of their future companies;
also they are socially aware citizens.
